All our clothes are locally made by seamstresses and artisans here in Lagos, Nigeria where we are based. our goal has been to make feel-good fashion with perks of sustainability, and we continue to seek ways to improve our design and production processes such that our products meet people’s needs. Delivery
We ship worldwide . You will get a shipping confirmation email or message with a tracking number once your order is ready. Please note that orders can not be cancelled after they have shipped.
Taxes & Duties
Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at check-out. You will be required to pay these charges upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs.
Shipping Time
As a sustainability-minded and slow fashion brand, we pride ourselves on minimising waste at all levels of production. Therefore, we keep a limited number of stock and reproduce based on demands. This is why we currently have three types of dispatch options:
Stock Item: These are items already made by our seamstresses and can be shipped to you within 3-7 business days depending on your location.
15-20 Business Days: These items are either currently being produced or the atelier is awaiting fabric. As each item is handmade, and requires time to be crafted, delivery is estimated to be between 15-20 business days.
Pre-Order: We are always adopting simpler methods of working, and we always aim to optimise resources and the production process. Therefore, an item with intricate and detailed production is usually available for pre-order, especially when newly launched.
Please note that shipping times can be extended during holidays, sales and promotions.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns for refunds only, no exchanges. This applies to full price items only and within 7 days after
delivery. Special orders, custom sizes, pop up sale items, and items on sale can not be returned. Once your return is received and inspected, you will get an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that payments made via Direct Bank Transfer are not refundable but can be received as store credit. Store credit can be used to purchase other items online and at any time.
For your returns to be approved, make sure that the item has not been worn and/or washed. The item must be undamaged with its original Lovella package in good condition. We advise that you contact us before proceeding to shipment, to inform us of your intention to return the item, and to be informed on international procedures.
Any additional cost to retrieve the item on our hand, such as
taxes, will be deducted from your refund. Please let us know the tracking number as it is important in processing refunds.
Note that your original order shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Only the item will be refunded.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your refund. You will be notified once your refund has been processed. If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us.
